Initial - standard (60 minutes duration)
Initial - complex (90 minutes duration)
Follow up (30 minutes duration)
Home visits available on request
Reports are available on request e.g dialysis reports for interstate or international travel, insurance or NDIS funding plans. This is a paid service and attracts a fee

Cancellation policy
If less than 24 hours notice is given,
you may be charged a cancellation fee

Payment and rebates
Consultation fees are payable on the day by cash or credit card.
Fees are claimable through most major health funds depending on your level of coverage. Please check with your health fund for more information.
Patients with chronic disease who have a GP management plan will be able to access a rebate ($58.30) from medicare. You will still need to pay a gap with this rebate
If you have reached your medicare threshold, your rebate will be higher
